Are the prices on the site inclusive of VAT? Can you send me an invoice?

Yes, all prices include VAT. If you need an invoice, request it by sending us an email.

When will an out-of-stock product become available again?

Unfortunately we do not know the restocking times as they depend on multiple factors. As soon as we have availability in stock the product will be purchasable again on the site.

As long as the product page is visible on the site, it means that the item will certainly be restocked.

By entering a valid telephone number during the purchase process, you give our customer service the opportunity to quickly manage and resolve any problems that may arise during the management of an order, in the way that is most convenient for you.

My order was cancelled, why?

It may happen that the order is canceled due to stock errors or other types of errors. Our Customer Service will promptly inform you of the inconvenience. The total amount of the order will be credited back to you through the same payment method used at the time of purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer).
